Good as apps go, glitches out some times but works fine. Better UI than website

UPDATE: the terrible auto ads are gone for now so have bumped the score up, it will however go down again if they return Original Review: I realise adverts are what IGN need to survive and I am fine with seeing adverts, however the recent unstoppable popup ads are simply making me consider deleting the app off my phone and tablet. If I was interested in a game advert I would click on it. Adverts before videos are fine but when it affects me looking at the homepage and reading articles that's when it becomes a problem. Do I really want The Witcher advert popping up twice in a row when I'm reading an article? No This will do more harm than good

Update: 18.05.2015 Well deserved 5 stars now. I noticed the day after I had a full on moan about those horrid pop up adds and you've now banished them, whoohooo!! Well done IGN and thank you for taking note of the many moaning reviews of your annoying adds. .……………………………… Posted - 15.05.2015 Come on IGN what's going on? This used to be a fantastic go to app for latest gaming/TV/film news. This is now totally messed up by random pop up adds. Sky news app has gone the same way... so I ended up deleting out of frustration, afraid to say yours will go the same way. SORT THIS MESS OUT!
