This is a remote control application for Wowwee's Rovio. Of course it is only useful if you already have the Rovio hardware.

Fantastic UI. Stable. Well written. Still being actively developed. Oddly, I find the video slower in iPhone 5 running iOS 6 compares with my iPad running 5.1. I think this is apples fault. Otherwise this app is well recommended. Keep up the good work.

I have found this rovio controller to be very intuitive, the control is excellent, very precise and fast. All the controls are included, including the ability to communicate through the speakers with pre defined text, however I can't help but think that it would be better if you could type talk using the same system, or even the use of the microphone to talk would be equally welcome. Also i would like to be able to hear the rovios microphone, as if I was away from home, I could then use it to communicate with my family. Apart from that it is excellent, I would recommend this to anyone who has a rovio.

What a great UI to maneuver ROVIO. The joysticks jump to your fingers and appear to be more responsive than the native browser app. The icon transparency allows a good view of what the camera sees. The settings cover all usual options. It cleverly picks up your Rovi on the local wifi network and works well over a slow internet link. I like the gadgets and speech files (though they seem to bug out occasionally ending up as white noise every other try which responds to a Rovi reboot). A great improvement on the older iPhone app available. Thanks.
