How to use iBiofeedback
This app can be used with or without a heart rate measurement sensor. If you do not have a sensor, you are still able to record your heart rate by tapping the app screen. The app will tabulate and record all of your measurements.
First, select any form of healing using the Modules tab. Then, select a particular module. Press the Play button to begin the session with Krishna Das, Francene Hart, Peter Russell, Sharon Salzberg or Tim Wheater.
At any time, you can tap the screen as you take your pulse. It's a good idea to take your pulse in this manner at least at the start and end of the session, but you are free to take your pulse as many time as you wish. iBiofeedback will record the time of each of these, and store them for you to see later.
You have the option to purchase guided meditation, mantra, music, and sacred visuals from several different leaders in the field of wellness. As you use iBioFeedback, you will naturally learn to relax more quickly and spontaneously, lowering your stress level and achieving a higher state of peace.
Each time you do one of the relaxation sessions, your heart rate data for that session is stored as data within the app. This data is shown as a graph on the screen. You can go back later and look at your previous session data and see how you have improved, and see graphs of how your heart rate changes within each module, as well as with different modules.
This visual feedback will help you measure and track your ability to relax and determine which forms of relaxation work best with your heart rate (i.e. like a visual muscle test.)

We have chosen the Fisica Fitness Sensor Key, by Wahoo Fitness, which is compatible with any ANT+ heart rate monitor, to measure and record heart rate.
